Kingate Global Feeder to Madoff Investment Securities

Cook; (x) Federico M. Ceretti; (xi) John E. Epps; (xii) Carlo Grosso; (xiii) Michael G. Tannenbaum; and (xiv) Christopher Wetherhill.
